Guess what!?? I FINALLY got to design and decorate a baby boy nursery! And what better way to dive right in than to do it for one of my favorite people! Out of my group of friends, we pretty much ALL have girls. Hence all the girl rooms and nurseries in my portfolio. So when my friends, Jessica and Gavin, found out they were having a boy, I was so happy for them but also immediately started planning their nursery 🙂 Here’s the design board I created pretty soon after we got the news…
Jessica and Gavin both have a deep love for traveling. So a travel themed nursery for their little boy was a no-brainer. I can’t wait to see them add pictures and souvenirs from their travels with their new little boy.
This adorable wooden sign was made by Mod Wood Co and it is just so perfect for this room. It’s the only place his name is displayed and in such a fun way!
These fabric wrapped books by The Willow Shop are so much fun and that fabric couldn’t be more perfect for this theme!
These vintage globes were given to Jessica and Gavin by family members. I just thought that was such a special touch!
It was such an honor to work on this special nursery! I’m so happy for my sweet friends and I can’t wait to meet and spoil this little boy!
