My baby is ONE! I can’t believe it! Emily was born in January of 2020 so just before COVID. What. A. Year! I know they say the first year flies by but how about a first year + a global pandemic? It definitely flew by! We were so excited to be able to celebrate our sweet girl with our close friends and family. The theme was “Some Bunny is One”. It’s no secret that we love bunnies since Emily’s nursery is bunny themed. And that’s actually where a lot of the decor came from. Reduce, reuse, recycle, right!? That’s just what we did. We also reused a ton of things from Natalie’s birthday party just two weeks ago along with items from Emily’s nursery. The only thing I really bought extra for this party was the different colored balloon arch. Well, and the cakes and bunny cookies. But as far as decor goes, we made do with what we had. No, we didn’t buy Emily a pet bunny. Goodness, no! A friend of ours has a pet bunny named Cinnamon so she was kind enough to bring her over for the party. The kids loved playing with Cinnamon so much! 
Emily had no interest in blowing out the candle so big sister, Natalie, was happy to step in to do the job!
